• The returned part shall be packed to avoid damages during shipment and transportation. Insufficient packing will void the warranty.
• The spare part will always be fully charged if the defective part is not returned together with a completed part return form (PFR) within 1 month from receiving the new part.
• Arcoma reserves the right to charge a fee for test and handling of the returned spare part if the warranty criteria are not fulfilled.
• Warranty is not valid if:
a) non Arcoma AB authorized mechanical, electronic or software changes is made in/on the system.
b) a part is defective due to accidental damage or wrong handling of the equipment.
c) the investigation of the defect part of the supplier of x-ray tubes, collimator or generator state judge that the defect is not covered by warranty.
